Explore the world of botanicals at Cohibar’s not to be missed pop up gin experience this April.

Ten handcrafted gin cocktails have been created by Cohibar’s experienced mixologists. Each cocktail pays tribute one of the ten botanicals found in Bombay Sapphire gin. To accompany each cocktail Head Chef Stuart Murphy has prepared ten delicious tasting plates.

The gin terrace will be open from 4pm until 10pm every Sunday to Thursday. Tickets are $20 (plus booking fee) pre-paid or $25 over the bar (subject to availability).

Groups are able to book in for a private session every day from 12.30pm where they will enjoy the complete Bombay Sapphire experience including up to ten cocktails with accompanying dishes all personally presented by a mixologist. Group Ticket Options:
o 4 courses – $80 per head
o 6 courses – $95 per head (smaller cocktails will be served due to RSA)
o 8 courses – $110 per head (smaller cocktails will be served due to RSA)
o 10 courses – $125 per head (smaller cocktails will be served due to RSA)
