Enjoy the best views of Vivid Water Theatre while feasting on our delicious 3 course set menu put together by Head Chef Sam Sunuwar especially for the festival.

Chef Sam recently joined the Watershed team having spent years in the kitchens at both Guillaume and Tetsuya’s so we’re extremely excited to have him on board.

Please note that the regular menu is still available throughout Vivid. Priority seating will be given to guests dining on the Vivid menu.
